RG59 Coaxial Cable is a type of coax cable that is for RF signals and low-power video. Ordinarily RG-59 isn’t designed with a heavy-coverage shield, making it more useful in lower frequency signals such as closed-circuit television (CCTV) and video surveillance. RG-59 coaxial cable has an impedance of 75 Ohms.
It is often used at baseband video frequencies, such as composite video and may also be used for broadcast frequencies.
